This question is raised recently in a popular Chinese poker discussion group. Even some solid regs still hold the opinion that GTO strategy is nothing but just a 0 ev strategy ignoring the range difference.

So the question is:

Suppose we are using GTO strategy playing against a non-GTO player, is hero's EV always gonna be zero?

So guys, what's your opinion on the question?
