Flop and Turn seem like mustcalls... opponent is a bit aggro but he gave up on the river after bet flop,/bet turn once so I assume he is more likely to have something when he plays bet/bet/bet line. Also the T is a card he could have and 1/2 pot doesn't look like a busted draw to me.
That's why I folded the river.
