Getting better at hand reading.

Blinds: $0.50/$1.00 (5 Players) CO: $110.23
BN: $81.64
SB: $105.00 (Hero)
BB: $170.39
UTG: $108.40
Preflop ($1.50) Hero is SB with J J
UTG folds, CO raises to $2.27, BN calls $2.27, Hero raises to $12.34, BB folds, CO folds, BN calls $10.07
Flop ($27.95) 8 2 A
Hero checks, BN bets $27.00

First of all the only information that I had was that he was one tabling and had played 3/7 hands, didn't raise or 3bet yet.

This is my assumption of his range

Pio likes me to bet a very high frequency of my range here for a small sizings. I didn't do that.

I called flop incorrectly, Pio claims I should just fold if I did decide to bet vs a larger sizing.

My question is when we see this pot sized bet vs a recreational player, do we have an idea of what his range is, they are so spastic and do so much weird shit I end up being confused as to what they are representing, I mean he obviously will have a ton of Ax, but are they really betting flop this sizings, some of his sets will just slow play, I don't know that a hand like KJ is going to start firing huge often.

I really need to work on my handreading vs recreational players. How likely is he to just have a random A? Is he more liely to have a really good ace? I just don't know how to figure out at what frequency they are going to have what. My mind is always really confused.
