FML... I assume I just have to call. Alternatives to how we should play this??

CO bets $25.15, Hero calls $25.15
Turn ($88.08) T Q J 9
CO bets $66.40 and is all in, Hero folds
Final Pot CO wins $87.08
Rake is $1.00

Villian I had 169 hands on..haha 69
The stats were 23/19/9, and he 4bet 2/10 opportunities

My assumption of his 4bet range which I'm not sure about since I just moved to 100nl regular tables is this:

AA-QQ,AKs,T9s,[20]AQo,A9s-A6s[/20],[30]AJo,KQo,A5s-A2s[/30],[25]TT[/25],[10]ATo,KJo,AQs-ATs,KQs-K8s,QJs-Q9s,JTs-J9s[/10],[70]JJ,AKo[/70]

I got to the flop and almost wanted to fold, but we had a pair plus open ended straight draw, which relative to his 4bet range, isn't as strong as I wish it was. He also bet pretty damn large on the flop..........

My assumptions of his flop betting range

Whether or not those are correct assumptions our hand equity is pretty shit, so should we be folding flop???

When we get to the freaking turn I have no idea what to say......Maybe he is betting more backdoor flushdraws and is just going to shove them on the turn or we chop with too many hands on the turn and we just have to call. I was so confused and sad, and I guess this is one of those hands I need to learn from hmmm.

My assumptions of the turn with some added backdoor flushdraw bets on the flop.

On turn we need 30% equity to call.......

Ideas on this hand..........
