Flopped straight, slow played for value

Blinds: $0.01/$0.02 (5 Players) CO: $0.69
BN: $1.89
SB: $2.00 (Hero)
BB: $2.31
UTG: $9.04
Villain is 18/16/2 over 119 hands
Preflop ($0.03) Hero is SB with Q J
UTG raises to $0.08, CO folds, BN calls $0.08, Hero calls $0.07, BB folds
With two people already in the pot I decide to call. Is calling here a leak? I think the pot odds vs my equity is pretty tight
Flop ($0.26) T A K
Hero checks, UTG bets $0.18, BN folds, Hero calls $0.18
Flop is great for me, but obviously is good for villains range too from an UTG open. I called hoping to extract some value on later streets but in hindsight maybe I should of raised here to fold out any weaker hands in villains range/get more money in the pot?
Turn ($0.62) T A K K
Hero checks, UTG checks
I didn't like the turn card, but now I'm thinking I should of bet here to try and get a better idea of villains strength/take the pot here.
River ($0.62) T A K K A
Hero bets $0.30, UTG raises to $1.50, Hero folds
I put in a half pot bet looking for him to call with weaker but to be honest there's not much weaker that's he's going to call me with, so a c/c may have been better given the texture of the board.

Hi all, pretty new to the game and would appreciate some feedback on how I played this hand.

I didn't like the turn and especially not the river card. I thought the river was an easy fold given the villains range of Ax and Kx but not really happy with how I played either the turn or river.

Thanks
Aescwine
