facing raise on paired board- to call down or not to call down?

Usually when villain hasn't checked on one street he is strong here.

Flop is already debatable.
Tight fold on the flop is an option but I felt that it was too weak.

As played the turn is an easy fold for me but tell me your thoughts about the flop please.
It's a paired board, people usually don't have much here so I'm on the upper part of my range here that's why I called but when I'm behind I only draw to 2 outs unless he has 88.
