Facing donkbets againts passive fish postflop

CO: $115.16
BN: $183.59
SB: $92.50
BB: $100
UTG: $100 (Hero)
HJ: $101.50
They guy have been playing 42/30 w 18 3bet and 34 fold to 3bet
His stats postflop are quite weird, cbet flop and turn 35 both and 0 OTR over 2,3k hands from datamining.
His donkbet is 17
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt J J
Hero raises to $3.50, HJ folds, CO folds, BN folds, SB calls $3, BB folds
Flop ($8.00) 9 3 T (2 Players)
SB bets $5.70, Hero calls $5.70
Since he is so passive I opt for call and get a safe turn. Maybe raise and get in here isn´t the best way to play against a fish, we have position and don´t need to flip or be crushed against a set.
Turn ($19.40) 2 (2 Players)
SB bets $17, Hero calls $17
Here I was wondering if I shove over the top for protection or elect to call here and call any brick river.
River ($53.40) Q (2 Players)
SB bets $31, Hero folds
What this bet size means overall, he had almost 1PSB behind and didn´t shove, I thought it was for value and fold here.
Final Pot
SB wins $81.73
What do you guys think about the thought process
