NL2 - 6max. BTN is a nit. We have 207 hands on him. His vpip/pfr is 16/8. He open limp rarely. Did it 2 other times until now. His steal% is 17%(8/46 occurences). SB is a fish. Few hands on him but we saw him open limp a few times.

I think we should fold. I don't think btn raises any top pair here. He can't have AK, KQ, KJ because they are raised pre. For 86s, 64s, I don't think he raises those. I think a reg would do that sometimes. A nit though imo would just call those. I think it's better to fold here. Vs a reg I would call though. What do you think?
