My first post actually here, I come from Slovenia, been playing playing online poker for 5 years now on various sites, I managed to play up to 5-10, but at the moment I'm facing a downswing so I had to drop limits and I decided to study and improve my game. :)

I'm checking holdem database and found out that in situations when I 3 bet AK, JJ, QQ and I'm faced 4 bet I'm doing -240bb/100 and -156 EV bb/100. (I also included filter 3-6 players to skip HU situations )

Its true the sample is quite small (420 hands) and obviously I'm running bad. I'm not so concerned about -bb/100 but EV/100 should be less negative or around 0 I guess? :) ... since those are strong hands (near to the top of my 3 betting range) and have around 38% EQ against really tight 4 bet range QQ+, AK and around 50% EQ against 5% 4 bet range, and of course even more against wider, more bluff heavy 4 bet range,...

Even worse is when I stack them PF (-670 bb/100 -460 EVbb/100, 240hands )

What do you guys think, Its just a small sample to do any kind of conclusions, or I might be doing something wrong? I would appreciate any thought, comment, advice, your experience in this situations,..
