3 folds, BN raises to $0.25, SB folds, Hero raises to $0.80, BN calls $0.55

Flop ($1.65) Q T 9

Hero bets $1.20, BN calls $1.20

Turn ($4.05) Q T 9 6

Hero bets $3.30, BN calls $3.30

River ($10.65) Q T 9 6 2

Hero bets $5.05 and is all in, BN calls $5.05

Ch/c or bet the river?

I feel the only hand that can call 3 streets and that we beat is AQ.

I'm not sure I like my bet on the river.

What do you guys think ?
