I've identified one of my biggest issues is not value betting when I have big hands. I'll either slow play it and miss out on a street or just not get max value out of my hand. How would you have played this hand?

Hero has QhQs, for some reason this HH program doesn't record hole cards. Hero is SB

I figured the x/r here would make me look weak/put a lot of bluff hands into my range or possible drawing hands like 75/79/109.

My thoughts here was he was betting again and I would x/c to try and conceal the strength of my hand

Probably should have bet closer to 3/4 or pot on this river. I was most likely getting called with any sizing though. I'm not too sure what villain has given 100vpip over 10 hands, which is still really high. I'm sure he could have had almost anything.
Final Pot
SB wins $1.01
Rake is $0.05
Rake is $0.05
I played a similar hand where I was almost in this exact spot, and x/r flop, fired a 2nd barrel on the turn, and bet 3/4 pot and was called all the way through, so I'm thinking that is probably one of the better ways to play hands like these. Thoughts?
