So I ran a database solve for SB vs BTN 3-bet pot. Both SB and BTN have a two size betting strategy. The result looks something like this

Now I would want to split these 163 flops up in three tables. One with flops preferring the small cbet size, one preferring the big cbet size and one that would still be a mixed strategy.
How would you go about this? At which point does a preference become a mix?
How would you proceed from there? Once there are flops in the preference do we run a simulation with those flops but a single size strategy to see the EV loss of simplification?
