Constructing c-betting and checking ranges in 3b pot on KQJ

Let's assume: we're playing 1knl, 100bb deep, unknown BTN reg minraises, we 3bet BB with a generally polarized range, i.e. TT+ and KQ+ for value, and baby suited gappy stuff as bluffs. Villain calls.

Flop comes: Kd Qc Jc

What hands are we cbetting and what hands are we check/calling? Do we even need to have a cbetting range? Should we have a c/r range at all on this board? I'm torn because it seems like we shouldn't be bluffing here too much, so our cbetting range is gonna have to be pretty narrow, and we can't get 3 streets from AK or AA (even 3 streets with KQ seems optimistic).

So right now I'm thinking maybe we should just cbet JJ and QQ for value, and then balance that with a few random Tx bluffs (bc Tx blocks AT/KT/QT/JT and obv has straight equity)? And c/c everything else that we want to continue with, including flush draws? C/r doesn't seem great because villain's betting range will probably be fairly polarized, right?

thoughts? arguments?
