I'm sure this subject has been broached in the past but I haven't found exactly what I'm looking for.

I basically don't cold call 3bs. It feels like a big leak at times. I've worked on it a little myself but have been unable to form a cogent strategy for readless situations in particular.

Any input on how to think about these spots or links to threads or articles that could help would be much appreciated.
