Playing on an app for 100NL and keep getting into the same spot. Snowie shows +EV to call off, but I am having 2nd thoughts after running into KK+ like 75% and AK maybe 25%.

SB 3 bet $10
Hero QQ 4 bet $23
MP folds
SB ships $100.
hero calls off
SB shows AA.

A lot of the videos on here QQ+ AK is pretty standard, but I don't think my pool is ever shipping like A5s / A4s here. Played a couple thousand hands today and the lightest 3 bet I've seen showdown was TT and A10s. Basically hoping they have AK every time, but they just seem to have the nuts every time. I'm struggling to find the discipline to fold in these spots.

What advice do you have?
