Chosing the right raise size on the river

Hello

Here is the hand and the comment of Kevin Rabichow that made me open this thread
It's a headsup match and OOP checkcalls twice A9hh on AJJssh 5h 6h. IP bets 65% pot and OOP raises allin with the nutflush.
Kevin said "shoving is probably the best size here because the majority of OOP's value raising range is flushes and the majority of IP's value betting range is Jx. So there is no overlap in the blockers IP has and the value raises OOP is using"

I dont really understand this.
What if the board ran out AJ2hhs 5h 6s ?
