i move up and now i play nl30 ,nl50

and i think now is good time for use somethink new in my arzenal

do you have some guide and advise for it?maybe some good hand history hand with this move ,i m dont worry about using too often.but one per 1000 hand or something ->+0,5 BB/100 hand good be awesome :)
