I think c/c hear is a pretty good line, i think b/f is nice as well but this way i get to keep all of his bluffs in his range. I think c/c here is also ok as I'd expect strong hands, sets/2pair, to raise the turn a decent amount and a lot of his FD to still be in his range, as they have a good price to flat the turn. My plan on a heart river is to b/f as i think this shows more profit long term (we can control this size of the river bet, rather than calling a shove from a range that rivers more nutted hands)
