cbetting dry boards A72 and K72 IP and OOP (sizing? / frequency?)

Was doing some training on snowie and found a couple of things interesting

Hand #1
$2.50 / $5 ($500 effective) six handed
Hero QJo CO $11
SB calls
Flop ($27) A72r
cbet size 50% EV 0.98
cbet size 25% EV 0.95
snowie has 100% cbet frequency when using half pot sizing.

Hand #2
$2.50 / $5 ($500 effective) six handed
Hero QJo MP $11
BTN calls
Flop ($29.5) A72r
QJo cbet size 50% used 0% of the time EV 0.27 checking EV 0.42
KJo cbet size 50% used 0% of the time EV 0.37 checking EV 0.40

Hand #3
$2.50 / $5 ($500 effective) six handed
Hero QJo CO $11
SB calls
Flop ($27) K72r
cbet size 50% used 100% freq EV 1.40
cbet size 25% used 0% freq EV 0.70
Checking 0.73 EV

Couple things to note
1) When IP snowie is betting 100% of the time on dry A72r / K72r
2) When OOP snowie is checking 100% of the time on dry A72r / K72r
3) Snowie prefers half pot cbet size instead of smaller sizing.

It was to my understanding as the preflop aggressor these dry textures favor the PFR so much, that we should be using smaller sizing around 1/3.

Can someone explain why Snowie prefers bigger sizing and also why snowie is checking OOP so often? I would be betting this texture IP or OOP at a pretty high frequency bluffs and value and using weaker kickers and some sets to protect my checking range.

EDIT: adding oop as I plug in other hands on A72r and K72r snowie is betting all its BDFD hands. So I guess OOP being more selective with cbet strategy, only equitable hands TOP Pair, draw, or some type of bdfd. Where IP is basically just betting half pot with full range with exception of KK-JJ for 2nd pairs. But even a hand like 8s7s IP on Kh7c2d bets with out bdfd. Only a couple of PP are checking.

Confused why half pot sizing is used and why oop is checking so much, maybe only checks off suite combos without bdfd.
