Hello everyone, I watch a lot of videos and constantly hear people saying they are going to block the flop when they are IP like they raise in Co and BB flats and then when checked to they use a smaller sizing and call it a block bet, my understanding previously was that block bet meant making a small bet out of position.
I hate to be a Grammar nazi or word person, I just am personally curious because I have started to use the term blockbetting when using a smaller sizings IP and some people have told me that is incorrect. Does it just depend on your definition? Where does all of the terminology come from etc.
