UTG calls $0.02, MP raises to $0.06, Hero calls $0.06, 2 folds, BB calls $0.04, UTG calls $0.04

Flop ($0.25) A Q K

BB checks, UTG checks, MP bets $0.12, Hero raises to $0.44, BB folds, UTG folds, MP calls $0.32

When he calls raise I put him on two pair.

Turn ($1.13) A Q K A

MP checks, Hero checks

Checked since I thought he'd most likely boated up.

River ($1.13) A Q K A 2

MP bets $0.54, Hero calls $0.54

Don't see what I beat that bets, but feel too strong to fold. Is this a mistake?
