Calling down with AQo in a 3-bet pot: is it the correct play?

Hi,
I play 10NL equivalent. This is a hand I played some time ago -- I don't remember all the details.

Villain (CO) is a TAG, tricky reg. Effective stack size is 120 BB. I am in the SB with AQo.

CO raises to 2.7x, I 3-bet from the SB to 10ish BB, CO calls. We go heads-up to the flop.

Flop is all low cards 652r or something. I c-bet 1/3 pot, CO calls.

Turn is some random brick. I check, CO bets 1/4 pot or something tiny. I call.

River is another low brick. I check, CO bets 1/2 pot, and I call.

In this case, CO was bluffing and I won the pot. But I have the impression that I'm being a calling station in these spots. Do I call down with AQo every time here? Or should I split it up somehow?
