I'm starting tables with regulars and usually opening 90-100% on the button for a minraise.

What would you consider a high/regular/low 3bet % for villain, and how do i go about constructing my flatting range in a vacuum here?

I feel like sauce is flatting almost everything semi-playable, is this what I should be doing too? (T8o, 68o, 48s etc are calls?)

Not really sure how to approach this spot since watching sauce play is kind of making what I thought were solid ranges seem ultra-tight.
