I am putting him on a weak range when he check-calls the Flop. AJ, 77+ and similar.
I bet small to encourage to him to call again with his weaker hands, as I do not think he will call again to a bigger bet.

Flush completes but I can not think of too many suited hands he would flat in the SB vs an UTG open that would take this line.
But I also don't have many reads on him so it makes it a tough spot.
I think it is a very polarized bet but it makes no sense for him to do this, unless I made my range look weak with my small turn bet.
