i should probably bet bigger on this kind of flop right?

just decided to check turn cause i dont feel like its a good card to bet OOP i have showdown value with my A and if he check back i can easily bet for value on river on some cards

when a blank come on river i decided to make my value bet like planned. i bet small so he can call with middle pocket pairs like 99 88 77 or lower Ax...
when he raise i dont really know what to do as i dont expect him to do this little raise like this as a bluff that much. i decided to fold even if it was almost 4 to 1 on a call. but im still wondering if i can find any calls here
