I've been thinking about this spot a little bit today and I can't quite come up with a good answer so I would like to hear what you think. 

Do you split your range into some 4bets and calls? Do you only 4bet and fold everything else?

So far I've only been 4betting and never calling because that keeps me out of trouble and is easy to play but am I sacrificing some EV in order to make the game easier to play?
