Bluff-Value ratio

With a nut range v bluff catching range, if we jam river for pot, we should have 2 value for every 1 bluff.
How does this change if we definitely have stronger range still but he has some slowplayed nutted hands?
This assumes that our valuebets are still valuebets because despite this, these value hands get called more then half the time by worse holdings. We just cant value bet quite as thin. I'm just curious how this effects what a balanced amount of bluffs to have are.
This seems to occur a lot as many players do protect their calling ranges with some nutted combos when we are barreling a lot with range advantage (given that they have the incentive to do so because we end up putting so much money in voluntarily that they see no reason to raise earlier in the hand, and further it incentives us to bluff less).
