Feels like a fold here. Plenty of 5x in loose passive players range, also sucks having Qd in my hand. Small chance they have a hand like AdJd or KdJd. I think 33, 44, 65s, 75s, A5s... Definitely leaning towards value on the river. Not sure if it's ever a hand like 66 or 77 here. Despite feeling like value, also feels like I should call.
