blinds vs btn situation, default stats
Hey everyone,
Im working on my preflop game (I want to have a strong guideline), but im clueless in blinds vs btn situation so I'd like to have your thoughts on the influence of that dynamic.
1) How does the dynamic between blinds and BTN affects your defending range from BTN. I mean, a good reg knows that we are opening wide from BTN so he react by 3betting wider and calling more... Im wondering how much I should defend when facing a 3bet ?
2) Should I be more inclined to 4bet/get it in with a wider range (QQ, JJ, AQ) or keep it the same way I do in the other position and have a strong calling range. (Having a strong calling range here is interesting because im in position vs a wide 3bet range.) Im just not sure if people play wider with their overall play (3bet/5bet shoving a wider range because of the dynamic) or if they 3bet wider, but doesnt stack off lighter...
3) Also, how much do you defend from SB and BB when btn raise ?
- do you defend more by calling or 3betting ? is your 3betting range depolarized because oop ?
Thx !
