Bet Sizing Overall discussion

So this is probably a really basic question, but i'm sure it will help alot of people out. Reading through hand histories a common variable that people would recommend changing would be bet sizes. Even I am fairly grey about this in certain spots. For simpler decisions we should exclude player types and history vs villain as these variables can change the way we bet, or we can categorize it separately. I feel that this may be a really simple thing, but actually provides alot of information and can be overlooked. Lately I've been consistently getting deep on my tables and facing other players deep and I guess slow down a bit due to thinking what sizing should I do to 3bet him etc... Of course if this discussion goes well, we can start another one based on flop/turn raise sizing as well. I'm not really good at writing stuff so bear with me. Not sure if I can edit my post, but as people start to agree or confirm, I will edit this post and fill in the rest of the blanks.

3/4/5 betting 100bb Deep
OP/IP(position of 3bettor) Open raise size| 3bet/4bet/5bet/6bet? (Format of BBs below)
OP 3bb | 10bb/24-26bb/Allin
IP 3bb | 9bb /21-24bb/Allin
?Not too sure about vs 2bb open just from past experience bet sizes ive faced?
OP 2bb | 8bb/ 17-20bb/Allin
IP 2bb | 6-8bb/ 20-22bb/Allin

?vs 4bb?
?3/4/5 betting 200bb Deep?

?3/4/5 betting 50bb effective?
