I think X/C here is better than R/C but hindsight is 20/20

Hero checks, Villain bets $7.83, Hero raises All-in for $28.43, Villain calls...

Again, I think this should be a X/C given how many outs we have if we're facing a set. Since he R/C I don't think he has AK/AJcc. Axcc is certainly possible but I don't think he takes such an aggressive line with the nuts. I was trying to represent the flush but I guess leading out on the flop doesn't really support that.

Is X/C flop, X/C turn, then X/F river (if we miss) the best line here? Would love to hear what y'all think.
