BBvsBTN hitting a twopair on the best turn for villain

Blinds: $0.08/$0.16 (8 Players) MP+1: $16.16
CO: $14.56
BN: $20.13
SB: $16.00
BB: $16.00 (Hero)
UTG: $15.11
UTG+1: $7.07
MP: $5.33
23/12
F3b 21 - we are not incetivized to be 3betting polarized.
Preflop ($0.24) Hero is BB with 7 A
5 folds, BN raises to $0.36, SB folds, Hero calls $0.20
Flop ($0.80) 2 7 K
Hero checks, BN bets $0.28, Hero calls $0.28
Turn ($1.36) 2 7 K A
Hero checks, BN bets $1.00, Hero raises to $3.18, BN calls $2.18
This is just his board.. having AK,AA,KK,AQ and maybe AJ,AT.. should we therefore be just more polarized and raise occasionally? This one looks close, dominated by AA,KK,AK,77,22 = 15 combos should be probably ok to raise and bet the river for value. Facing a 3bet its kinda tough.. shoving seems probably the best then since we dominate some worse twopairs.
My main reason why I raised was that there are plenty of draws which I wanna charge (therefore I should prob made it bigger and also bc my range is gonna be polarized)
River ($7.72) 2 7 K A 8
Hero bets $4.48
So check/calling is therefore not that efficient I would say, but maybe we can say the same about betting. Maybe betting bigger and repping a draw? (since we are already polarized)
