BB vs SB facing Limp reraise holding JJ 6-max

SB who is new to table 100bb limps SB
Hero raises JJ to 5bb
button folds
SB raises to 9bb
What is your response at this point? from your experience, what do you see people showing up with in this rare spot?
At this point, im a little bit sketchy, but I think there is value in making a small 4-bet IP to get value from oddly played AQ, AJ, AT, KQ, 77-TT type of hands. Anyone agree/disagree? anyone flatting vs 4-betting?
