example :start session ,after 1 hour +3BI (awesome ,good play,good variance)

after 2 hour 0 BI (few bad beats)

after 3 hour -3BI(never hit board ,always with TPTK bet/fold on turn or river,start tilting)

when stop playing?and what about this :

If i stop play when variance is bad (and think i stop playing before i go on tilt)->i was on tilt

And one more advice i read : Your poker skill is improving in hard time ,not when everything is ok and go as scheduled

Bankroll suffer when we play on tilt

Skill is improving if we play on tilt

yes or no?
