Baby Flush On 4 Flush Board

SB: 270.68
BB: 275.68
UTG: 200
HJ: 222.16
CO: 200 (Hero)
BN: 200
Preflop (3) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 4 3
UTG folds, HJ raises to 4, Hero calls 4, BN folds, SB folds, BB folds
This pot will be multiway alot with players behind. I think a call is okay here. Pretty sure its a misclick by the open raiser. He normally 3x it.
Flop (11) 6 K J (2 Players)
HJ checks, Hero bets 7.71, HJ raises to 22, Hero calls 14.29
Turn (55) 6 K J 9 (2 Players)
HJ bets 42, Hero calls 42
River (139) 6 K J 9 7 (2 Players)
HJ bets 68
Villain is quite tight 18/16 35% aggression.
He usually check folds to a missed cbet here but I have seen him check raise and check call. (12% of the time when he skips a cbet. I just checked- I didnt have exact figure at the time but I knew he did it a bit).

I would say he is a breakeven player that is prone do doing some headless stuff post flop.

I am not sure on my play in the hand. I didn't raise the turn for deception. What are peoples thoughts on just calling. I know it sucks when a four flush comes.

River: I am kinda lost. I got it hard to put him on many value hands that would c/r the flop. Perhaps someone could construct their opinions of a range. The only downside is my flush is so small, his bluffs can beat me. So, I guess I'm not sure if river call is profitable getting 3/1.
