I understand that these hands can flop really well, at the same time, we could be reversing many times and I don't know whether this offset the times we hit hard.

UTG we open for value and for thin the field right? I have a problem with speculative hands, like AXs. If we raise, we don't raise for value nor to thin the field, however they are opens very often for std players but not for me.
Whenever I got called and I'm OOP I'm basically guessing, when I hit the flush is blantant and many players can find the fold button.
