Avoidable Stack off?

I do ok at small stakes mtts but I'm just terrible at cash games so I'm only playing 5/10c until I can start winning and then move up.

CO: Player1 ( $3.72 USD ) - VPIP: 27, PFR: 16, 3B: 0, AF: 2.0, Hands: 45
Button: Player2 ( $29.77 USD ) - VPIP: 39, PFR: 19, 3B: 4, AF: 4.7, Hands: 57
SB: Player4 ( $10.00 USD ) - VPIP: 22, PFR: 16, 3B: 3, AF: 1.0, Hands: 88
BB: Player6 ( $11.22 USD ) - VPIP: 18, PFR: 14, 3B: 0, AF: 1.1, Hands: 132
UTG: Hero ( $8.14 USD ) - showing 29/16/1.6/2 for this table
MP: Player9 ( $5.45 USD ) - VPIP: 19, PFR: 12, 3B: 3, AF: 2.3, Hands: 156

Dealt to Hero [  Qc Kc ]
I open to 20c
Folds to SB who raises to 80c
I call                                        Pot $1.70
** Dealing Flop ** [ 8c, 2s, 5h ]
SB bets 1/2 pot 85c

I think this could be a standard c bet on a low flop and could be 9s, 10s, JJ - I have a BDFD and overs so i call

Pot  $3.40

** Dealing Turn ** [ Qh ]
SB bets [$1.70 USD]       1/2 pot bet      Pot $5.10

Now that I have top pair I don't think I can fold to 1/2 pot bet getting such great odds
** Dealing River ** [ 3s ]
SB shoves for $6.65        Pot $13.45

I have $4.65 back. It's not looking good for me....this isn't an overly aggressive player but can I fold top pair getting these odds and should I even still be in the pot?
