I don't really know if his min-3b sizing reps strength or weakness. I have position so playing post-flop should not be a problem... I think calling the AQ here plays better than re-raising and then get called (or worst get shoved on)

No real reason in raising flop... board is dry and the only worst that would call would be some KQ,QJ... maybe QT if he min3 those.

His turn bet is not close to pot, 22 are really not that likely, odd two pairs not that possible so he has either picked up a FD that wants to play really agro or he has a hand like 88,66 with which he is afraid of getting sucked out on... additionally might do this with QK or even QJ i think.

The brick on river ain't changing anything so he either has 88,66,QQ,KK,AA or a missed FD,KQ. I don't think he ever has 55,or 97,47.
