AQ vs MP 2 or 3 street hand?

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $6.86
SB: $5.02
BB: $18.48 (Hero)
UTG: $6.54
MP: $6.07
CO: $5.00
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is BB with Q A
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.15, CO folds, BN calls $0.15, SB folds, Hero raises to $0.65, MP calls $0.50, BN folds
I think this is a standard squeeze
Flop ($1.47) 4 8 A
Hero bets $0.60, MP calls $0.60
I think this is a standard cbet but I can be convinced otherwise to check this sometimes.
Turn ($2.67) 4 8 A T
Hero bets $1.40, MP calls $1.40
As played I think I like a bet to get value from his Axhh, KQ KJ QJ floats and he could have a worse Ax here.
River ($5.47) 4 8 A T 2
Hero bets $15.83 and is all in, MP calls $3.42 and is all in
Should I have x/c here? Is 3 barreling AQ too thin? Generally speaking people at this stake are insanely stationy, I have been called as worse as an underpair in some 3 barrel situations. However theres no flush draw on the flop, generally fish think you always have a missed FD when you triple barrel..

Is AQ a 2 or 3 street hand generally speaking vs reasonable players? If its a 2 street hand, which street is optimal to check it?
