Villain is 37/21 after 20 hands, BTN RFI:67

What are your guys thoughts on this double barrel? I think its pretty unbalanced on my part, as I only have QQ+ value here, so pretty wide bluff range here if I include AQo.

But looking at his range, I think he can be floating the flop with a lot of Ax, or broadway combos, which will fold you a turn barrel, if we check, we likely get blown off the better hand sometimes. His turn raise makes an easy fold, but it looks real narrow, like A5s, 67s only, expect most sets to raise due to fear of the wheel draw.
