Am I a nit b****?

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (5 Players) SB: $66.88
BB: $50.00
UTG: $13.46
CO: $51.00
BN: $83.06 (Hero)
No stats on Villain because not using a HUD at the moment. No real hands that went to showdown with Hero or Villain. As far as reads Villain has been really tight. I'd estimate his VPIP at around 15% over the last hour with 0% 3bet. So much as I've been opening up my CO range knowing I'll be in position and have been taking many pots down on the flop by putting pressure on the shorter stacks. The 100bb stacks are new to table who replaced busted short, fit-or-fold players. It's a small sample size against villain but this is the read I have.
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BN with A A
2 folds, Hero raises to $1.20, SB raises to $4.00, BB folds, Hero raises to $10.60, SB calls $6.60
Flop ($21.70) 2 Q K
SB checks, Hero checks
Turn ($21.70) 2 Q K 6
SB bets $11.00, Hero calls $11.00
River ($43.70) 2 Q K 6 K
SB checks, Hero checks
Final Pot BN wins $41.70
Rake is $2.00

With my read that he is extremely tight I estimated his 3bet range out of the sb to be very strong. So I definitely want to 4bet. I could have and in hindsight should have gone larger because we are deeper and I think he is folding only the bottom portion of his range. And if he is as tight as I perceive him he might even flat his premiums. In the moment I went smaller giving him room to 5bet over me.

I've given Villain a strong range to flat a 4bet. AK, QQ, JJ, TT. AQs, KQs, 99, 88 because we are deeper. And because he is tighter I could see AA and KK in his range too.

So on this dry board I think it will be hard to get three streets against a worse hand. I just don't have many 3 barrel bluffs. So the plan was two streets. I checked back flop thinking he will fold out all his under pairs and probably even AQ to a cbet. And since it is rainbow there aren't too many bad turn cards. The occasional two/three outer. I also pot control when I am crushed. KQ, KK and QQ. Any arguments for cbetting flop?

Turn is a brick. He bets out half pot. I think he can do this with either most or all of his range. I don't see much point in raising as I probably fold out worse and get called/3bet by better. Maybe AK which has all 16 combos. So I elect to call and keep the pot smaller against a narrow range.

The river is kind of gross. Villain checks to me. I elect to check back. Thinking its hard to get called by worse vs Villian. Can I value bet vs tight Villain? If so, what size? Maybe 1/3 pot and get called by AQ or JJ.

Most of my nittiness was a result of my perception of Villain. Thoughts?
