Was looking at Snowie's ranges for both small 3bets and larger 3 bets and basically combined the two using modern 3 bet sizing. Against a 2.5 open I am going to 7.5-8.5 IP vs a 3x open I am going 9bb-10bb IP. OOP vs 2.5 I am going to around 10.5bb and vs 3x I am going to around 11.5bb.

Hero IP vs UTG I'm 3 betting 99+, AQ+, A10s+, KJs+, 76s-54s, A5s-A4s. about 7.8% of hands.

Hero IP vs MP I'm at 13.9% which is: AJ+, KQ+, A2s+ (not A6s), K9s+, all suited broadways, 77+, 87s-54s.

BTN 17.8% vs CO : AT+, KJ+, A2s+, k9s+, Q9s+, J9s+, T9s+, 55+, 87s-54s.

From SB I trim off the SCs and try and stay a tad more linear where KJo becomes low frequency, but most other hands are still 3 betting. Depending on how aggro the player is, i'll cold call 55-88 as well from SB.

Feels like these ranges are a bit too wide. I do have BTS preflop bible, i'll have to review it once more. I know ranges are very mixed wtih frequencies though. I do not use a RNG on the site I play on, so looking for a more black / white approach.

Constructive criticism welcomed. Please share your ranges if you don't mind. Tomorrow i'll take another look at the preflop bible and see what the 3 betting ranges look like. I do recall it mostly prefers playing a 3 bet or fold strategy, so ranges will be pretty tight.
