At this point I put him on a range TT-QQ, AQ+
I think It's absolutely unnecessary to cbet.

Frequent spot... It's a 4bet pot, and If I bet K, my hand range became pretty face up. Obviously I won't bluff 4bet against a 17/14 after 104 hands, and probably checking back my JJ-QQ. However it's a mistake to let him see a free river card imo.
River

BB checks,
Hero bets $1.80,
BB calls $1.80
When I bet the river (with this size) my hand range looks like JJ??-QQ, AK. He probably calls with TT-QQ, but He either calls on the turn if I bet... In this case I gave him a free card to improve.
All in all I think I should bet the turn for value with about ~$2.4.
