AKs on the BB
RIO converter won't accept my HH
Villain opens 25% from the button and is Fold3bet% is 18% over only 34 hands
Preflop is standard.
On the flop i think it is also standard to cbet, given that we have over cards and to promote the value of our NFD by adding some fold equity and increasing the pot if we hit it, don't you think?
After the PF action and his call on the flop i give him this range:
JJ-77,A9s-A8s,A4s,KTs-K8s,Q8s+,J8s+,T8s+,98s,AsQs,AsJs,AsTs,ATo-A8o,QTo+,JTo
After is action on the turn i give him this range:
99-77,J9s+,T9s,98s,AsTs,KsTs,KcTc,QsTs,QcTc,JTo
In game i tought i had about 30% equity vs this range (i needed 29%) to make the call, but after making this range on equilab i realized i had only 25% equity which makes calling or shoving wrong.
So my question here is what do you think of the ranges i put him on?
Assuming i had enough equity to call the turn do you think it is better to just call or to shove has i did?
I shove'd because effective stacks would be very small on the river and i if i call this turn i guess i'm only losing value if i hit the flush on the river.
