I was considering folding preflop vs the cold 4bet because its very strong. I guess im against KK+, AK and maybe some QQ (I wouldnt cold 4bet myself with QQ).

I decided to call. Now what on this type of board (or any non A or K board) ? If I call this bet, Im commited to a turn call too because the pot would be around 11$ and I would have 5$ behind..
