AK on KQJ board

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (5 Players) CO: $107.51
BN: $105.97
SB: $50.00
BB: $115.00
UTG: $50.00 (Hero)
Villain is playing reg/tight stats and hasn't played many hands. I know him from tournaments and this is consistent. I havent seen him bluff much

BB is 50/14 over 70 hands.
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is UTG with A K
Hero raises to $1.25, CO folds, BN calls $1.25, SB folds, BB calls $0.75
Flop ($4.00) Q K J
BB checks, Hero checks, BN bets $3.04, BB folds, Hero calls $3.04
Turn ($10.08) Q K J K
Hero checks, BN checks
River ($10.08) Q K J K 7
Hero checks, BN bets $7.66, Hero calls $7.66

On the flop I don't think this is a three street hand against villain, but should I have bet because of BB?

Turn - I wouldnt hate a donk

River - I think I made an error by even considering inducing a bluff here, because I think I can bet fold
