AK on KK7 board NL2

Blinds: $0.01/$0.02 (6 Players) MP: $2.09
CO: $0.97
BN: $2.14 (Hero)
SB: $1.16
BB: $1.66
UTG: $2.15
Preflop ($0.03) Hero is BN with K A
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.06, CO folds, Hero raises to $0.18, SB calls $0.17, BB folds, MP calls $0.12
Standard raise on the button, maybe could have sized it a bit bigger but I think it's ok.
Flop ($0.56) K 7 K
SB checks, MP checks, Hero bets $0.30, SB calls $0.30, MP raises to $0.60, Hero raises to $1.96 and is all in, SB folds, MP calls $1.31 and is all in
Obviously a great flop for us, maybe could have bet a bit closer to a pot size bet like 0.40c. The min raise scares me slightly as it looks very strong but I think he can do this with weaker kings like KQ, KJ etc. No reads on villain, only around 20 hands.
Turn ($4.73) K 7 K 9
River ($4.73) K 7 K 9 8
Final Pot MP wins and shows a full house, Sevens full of Kings.
BN lost and shows three of a kind, Kings.
MP wins $4.52
Rake is $0.16

Obviously I can't be results orientated and it's a bit of a cooler but just wanted to check I didn't make any major mistakes. Sizing is probably slightly off but the main thing I wanted to check was whether it's ok to shove over the min-raise or whether I should flat and wait for the turn to get it in.

Thanks.
