I think I have to stuck to my game plan and I think a shove on river gets the value of the hands I want him to keep, but what to do in a brick? I maybe check fold more confident when FD completes

Another question ..... how I can balance to not get exploited by getting flatted and shoved profitably when FD completes for example?? I dont understand any about this....
