Ak bet/calling turn vs recreational player

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BB: $6.43
UTG: $20.62
MP: $13.89
CO: $10.00
BN: $10.46
SB: $11.71 (Hero)
Villain is 44/24 , FT3b 0 , FTcbet 40% wtsd 24% only 73 hands
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is SB with A K
3 folds, BN raises to $0.20, Hero raises to $0.70, BB calls $0.60, BN folds
I 3b this for value vs both Bu who looks to be a lose-ish reg (only 34 hands) and BB who I expect to call a bunch.
Flop ($1.60) K 8 7
Hero bets $0.76, BB calls $0.76
Flop is fairly dry, excepting the straight draw so I decide to go with a standards 1/2 bet. (although looking back at it, larger might have be better simply because villain is a fish and if he got anything connected with that flop will call anyway.)

Plan is to get it in by the river... so because he is not full stacked I thought betting smaller on flop is fine because the money will go in anyway.
Turn ($3.12) K 8 7 T
Hero bets $1.90, BB raises to $4.97 and is all in, Hero calls $3.07
On Turn J9 got there and he might also have some sets that just called, KT... but in his overall range I think he still has hands like 99, TJs,JJ,QQ,AThh,K9,KQ,KJ

Basically after our turn bet we need to be good here only 24%+ to be good... so I call.
River ($13.06) K 8 7 T 7

Im not sure if Im giving here villain a loser range than what he actually might have.

What do you think his range looks like after he ships turn?

Are you ever going to fold turn?
