I 3b this for value vs both Bu who looks to be a lose-ish reg (only 34 hands) and BB who I expect to call a bunch.

Flop is fairly dry, excepting the straight draw so I decide to go with a standards 1/2 bet. (although looking back at it, larger might have be better simply because villain is a fish and if he got anything connected with that flop will call anyway.)
Plan is to get it in by the river... so because he is not full stacked I thought betting smaller on flop is fine because the money will go in anyway.

On Turn J9 got there and he might also have some sets that just called, KT... but in his overall range I think he still has hands like 99, TJs,JJ,QQ,AThh,K9,KQ,KJ
Basically after our turn bet we need to be good here only 24%+ to be good... so I call.

Im not sure if Im giving here villain a loser range than what he actually might have.
What do you think his range looks like after he ships turn?
Are you ever going to fold turn?
