AJo vs checkraise on ahigh board

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $10.10 (Hero)
SB: $10.06
BB: $18.41
UTG: $18.17
MP: $20.84
CO: $10.00
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BN with A J
2 folds, CO raises to $0.30, Hero calls $0.30, 2 folds
Flop ($0.75) 4 Q A
CO checks, Hero bets $0.47, CO raises to $1.30, Hero calls $0.83
Turn ($3.35) 4 Q A 6
CO bets $2.70, Hero raises to $8.50 and is all in, CO calls $5.70 and is all in
River ($20.25) 4 Q A 6 7

Villain is unknown reg that seems to open wider from the cutoff.

Flop bet vs missed cbet is probably ok considering that this is my strongest toppair, right? Im pretty much at the top of my range except for 44 and some kombodraws/pair+flushdraws. The raise is pretty small and a call seems like the only option.

Turn is this an obvious fold ? Ive just no idea what villains frequencies are in these spots and is there an argument to just calling turn and possibly folding to the river shove when it bricks?
